One Night At The Theatre
Going to the movies with another family, we waited in line to purchase tickets at the automated kiosks. The kiosk would only allow us a maximum of seven tickets, though there were eight of us in the two families. We had to do two complete transactions to buy enough tickets. Presumably, we ran up against some limit on no-signature credit card approval, or some arbitrary limit set by the theatre. Regardless, it was a nuisance for us, the customer, and slowed up the already long lines. Poor service, despite the automated technology.
